Ryan Purcell

Head of Flourish Insurance Agency

Ryan is Head of Flourish Insurance Agency and leads a team responsible for all things annuities, including sales and support for existing annuity products, as well as the expansion of the product line.

Ryan has spent over 20 years in the retirement industry, most recently at MassMutual as Head of Annuity Product Development where he researched and developed new annuity products. Prior to that, he worked in the Retirement Services business unit supporting pricing efforts to secure both new business and existing relationships. Prior to MassMutual, Ryan worked at Mercer Human Resource Consulting supporting defined benefit plans.

Ryan holds a degree in Mathematics from Western New England University and holds his Series 7 and insurance producer licenses in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Fun fact: Ryan was a youth sports coach for many years, but has transitioned to the role of spectator as the skills of his 2 sons have grown over the years.
