Brandon Anderson

Head of Strategic Partnerships

Brandon is Head of Strategic Partnerships and is responsible for the Program Banks and integration partners at Flourish.

Prior to joining Flourish in 2022, Brandon was a Senior Manager at Better, a retail-focused digital mortgage company. At Better, Brandon worked as part of Better+, a line of business focused on expanding Better’s product offerings beyond mortgage through strategic partnerships. Brandon led growth and managed a portfolio of fintech and proptech companies to innovate on the traditional homebuying experience.

Prior to his role at Better, Brandon spent five years in EY’s Financial Services strategy consulting practice focused on clients across retail banking, wealth and asset management, insurance, and mortgage.

Brandon holds a degree in Finance from Elon University with minors in Accounting and Political Science. Brandon also holds a fintech certification from Columbia’s School of Engineering and Applied Science, as well as his Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Fun Fact: Brandon is an avid snowboarder and concert goer. He also enjoys weightlifting and exploring new restaurants.
