Rohit is the GM of Flourish Lending and Co-Founder of Sora Finance, that provides liability management and lending services to RIAs.
His previous experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at BAML, where he was heavily involved in running the valuation and regulatory impact model for the $8.6B Iberdrola - Energy East transaction. Rohit also dedicated time to education as a High School Social Studies Teacher in Harlem, NY. Transitioning to leadership roles, he served as the CEO of Generation USA, leading a team of over 50 to connect employers with skilled talent through workforce training programs. Earlier in his career, Rohit worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Co, focusing on strategy, operations, and private equity due diligence across various industries. In addition, Rohit also served as VP, GM of Kiva US and was responsible for lending to US small businesses. Outside of his professional endeavors, Rohit is currently a Board Member at FACES SF, an organization providing early childhood education to low-income San Francisco residents and is a guest lecturer at University Chicago Booth.
Rohit holds a B.A. from Emory University as well as both his M.B.A. and J.D. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and Pritzker School of Law.
Fun Fact: Rohit is an avid supporter of the Jacksonville Jaguars and a former college soccer and tennis player.
