Enhancing the advisor experience: Invitation process

As the number of RIAs that we work with has grown, we have worked to continually improve the experience for both clients and advisors. Following the introduction of a new Overview page loaded with actionable insights last year, we’re excited to announce significant enhancements to the invitation process. While the Flourish “Invite” page has always been extremely simple, we’ve made three key enhancements to the invitation experience to better reflect our growing functionality.
- A more robust invitation workflow: The next time you invite a client, you’ll notice the “Invite” button has been replaced by a “Continue” button. With the launch of Flourish Annuities,* we wanted to make it even easier for advisors to invite clients to specific products and prefill applications for those products as needed.
- Trust document upload: The new invitation workflow further highlights the ability for advisors to prefill Flourish Cash† applications on behalf of clients, which is already used for about 30% of applications. We’ve enhanced this functionality with the ability for advisors to upload trust documentation on behalf of their clients, a highly requested feature – particularly by advisors who work with older clients in states in which revocable trusts are the norm – allowing advisors to provide clients with an even more premium experience.

Separated advisor invitations, CRM integrations, and bulk upload: We’ve visually separated out our growing invite functionality to make it easier to get where you need:• Firm Executives can now create additional Advisors through a new Invite button on the “Advisors” tab.• You’ll see a new module promoting our CRM integrations, such as Wealthbox and Redtail. If you enable a CRM integration, it’ll become your new default invite flow within Flourish, making it easier to use CRM integrations.• Bulk upload is similarly accessed through a new module. In 2023, we saw an increase in the number of firms that invited their entire client base at once. Please reach out to us if you’d like to learn best practices for leveraging this functionality.
