Enhancing the advisor experience: An overview of platform updates

This fall, Flourish is releasing a number of exciting platform updates that aim to further improve the advisor experience and support advisors' ability to more easily serve their clients. We will add information to this page as updates are released.
Client activity overview
Advisors now have visibility into client account-level activity and transaction details.∆ Advisors can view details of Flourish Cash† accounts at the household level by starting on the "Clients" tab and clicking "Manage" under a household.
Additionally, advisors can dive into the details of a specific client account by clicking "View." This leads to the new "Activity" tab where you can see an overview of recent account activity, including manual transfers, interest earned, pending transfers, and automated transfers – both recurring transfers and SmartBalance transfers.
Beneficiaries tab
Advisors can easily access beneficiary information for client Flourish Cash accounts by selecting the 'Beneficiaries' tab on the household overview page. Once selected, advisors can view beneficiary information, including name, allocation amount, and date last updated.
